ABOUT ME

My name is LANCE (just in case you did not realise) and I am 7 years old (born 14.02.09) and a big golf fan. I have been playing golf since I was about 4 years old.
My Golf Club is called Bondues and it is one of the best clubs in France. We currently live in the North of France, my Dad being English (hence the Golf!!) and my Mum is French. I like to think I have the best of both worlds.
Bondues Golf Club actually has 2 golf courses, one is a Robert Trent Jones and the other a Hawtree - both famous designers and the Golf courses are fantastic quality and beautifully maintained.
My house is just a 100 metres as the crow flies from the course so as I get older I will probably be there everyday. At the moment I have to be accompanied (duuuhh).
Golf School starts in September for me every Wednesday, and I cannot wait. Bruno Petit will be my coach and he is brilliant, and has won loads of local tournaments this year. The other coach here is an old english guy called Stewart Graham, he was actually the British PGA Seniors champion in 2006 (he gives my Dad lessons).
Grandma and Grandad live in England of course at Cromer, a little old seaside town next to the North Sea and Grandad plays at Royal Cromer Golf Club which is a stunning links golf course - it is always raining and windy there so I am yet to play it. It looks tiring.
So this is me. My target this year is to get a handicap and play as much as I can.
I'll try and update this BLOG regularly and includes features on Golf Tips, Golf Clubs, Golf Courses, Golf Players, Golf Tournaments and of course some lighter moments with some Golf Jokes.
